The Cameo Theater opened in 1971. It was a single screen theater operated by Allen Theatres. It was closed, together with the Animas 4 (which has its own page on Cinema Treasures) on December 11, 2006 with Kal Penn in “Van Wilder 2:The Rise of Taj”.

This theater’s last day (Along with Animas 4) was on December 7, 2006 (A day before Animas 10 grand opening). Last film shown there was Van Wilder 2
