The State Theater building is vacant and for sale. Location is East Main Street. This is the real estate website. Place a checkmark in the box next to “Commercial” and click the icon where it reads “Areas”. In the new window, place a checkmark next to Bellevue, click OK and click on Submit. Its complicated but I can’t find a way to link directly to the theater listing. The real estate claims, “The old State Theatre has original seating, silver screen and projector”.
LM, I followed your instructions and lifted this photo from the ad. The theater is partially visible on the left, next to the bank. I think the status should be changed to unknown:

I think its a package deal. You get the bank and the theater. After seeing the photos, the seat count above giving 1149 seats seems excessive. This theater couldn’t have had more than 400-500 seats.
In 1950 the seat count was 350 seats.
