Ever Theater

The Ever Theater was constructed in 1955, in an International Streamline Moderne style. During its inauguration, Walter Gropius attended the event and he praised the theater for its outstanding design qualities.

The opening film was the CinemaScope production of “Prince Valiant” starring Robert Wagner, projected onto its 40 feet wide screen. Seating was provided in orchestra and balcony levels, with the auditorium side-walls covered in wooden slats.

The location on the map must be on Rizal Avenue corner Ronquillo St at the right side when going to C.M. Recto Avenue.
