Opened as The Towne in 1958, the theater was twinned in 1979 and triplexed by 1984 when it became known as the The Towne 3.

Originally, The Towne had a balcony, but in the late 1970’s it was turned into a cafe. This theater was owned by C & J Dederer.

Towne Theatre closed in 2007.
