"Fairyland" seemed a perfect name for this little cinema in a picturesque town in the Adirondack Mountains near Lake George.
It is listed as operating in the American Motion Picture Directory;1914-1915 edition, and was still open in the early-1950’s.
More information is needed about its history and the current status of the site.

54 Main Street is not a current address, which is the reason why I didn’t include it in the introduction. The town’s numbering system has apparently changed since the 1957 FDYB, which reports it as 54. I queried the Warrensburg C of C, which couldn’t help but referred me to the Warrensburg Historical Society. So far, the WHS has not responded to my query, despite several re-postings.
I found a newspaper article from 1908 which referred to Fairyland as “the old reliable”.
