Originally opened in 1912 as the Star Theatre, the former Grove Theatre today is home to the Theatre in the Grove community theater.

The address given for the Grove Theatre in the 1951 Film Daily Yearbook is 12 Pacific Ave. E., so at some point since then, the street was obviously renumbered.
