The Princess Theater was built as part of the North East Masonic Temple. This section of the building was designed by architect C.E. Webb and had a building permit issued on October 2, 1909. In 1924 a Wurlitzer theater organ was installed.

The Princesss Theater was operated by K-B until it closed in the late-1940’s. It was demolished in March 1948.
