Most people don’t know about this one. It IS NOT the same as the Franklin Drive-In that is south of town, which is more technically the 31W Drive-In. This is actually in town and suprisingly still standing. It is on a rural road, and not a very good location. However it has got to be the drive-in that is in the worst shape I’ve ever seen.
It is not recognizable, but is still crumbling away, its block screen and projction booth, hidden in the brush. I would love to hear any information about this, on my quest to make known the lesser known southern Kentucky theaters.
