This is a single screen drive-in that shows first run movies. The Franklin Drive-In sits on the Tennessee-Kentucky border in Franklin, Kentucky. Even though this theater has a Kentucky address, it is still considered by many people as being in Tennessee.
Listed as the 31W Drive-In in 1975 with a capacity for 312 cars.
This was last knows as the 31 W. Drive-In. The header should read 31 W Drive-In, AKA Franklin Drive-In. It was renamed the 31 W in 1975 and closed in 1985.
