It was located north of the Flamingo Wash. The Fox Boulevard Theatre was opened April 3, 1968 with Peter Ustinov in “Blackbeard’s Ghost”. It was twinned on November 22, 1974. Currently, a Borders bookstore is on the site. It was a stone’s throw away from the Parkway Theatres 1-2-3. Small, musty smelling at times but always showed the most recent movies.

I saw the Ali McGraw stinker “Players” here in 1979 with my mom while my dad and my sisters saw the equally awful “Prophecy” on the other screen.
Rich: There’s a good chance I tore your tickets for that show, as I worked the door during that period. Funny, but it was always a bit of a drag when both movies stunk as bad as these two did—Not that it’s awfulness kept “Prophecy” from becoming a smash hit!
A shopping center sits on this site now.
What year did it close under Mann then under Syufy management?
I recall seeing an internal document kept by the Century Theatres' marketing team that suggested it was under their banner from 2/9/1983-6/8/1989. I cannot vouch for how accurate the information is, but it’s a start.
