The over 500 seat Sunset Theatre had been running adult films in its last years. It was closed in early-2003, and demolished in October 2003.

from my memory it had a fire in the late 90s,early 00s.me and a friend use to catch the bus to his job at the mann on hollywood and we would walk past the sunset alot.i wasnt too impressed.
