The Ringo Theatre opened on Nashville Street in 1939 with Roy Rogers in "Mexicali Rose". A Mexican restaurant was located in the building that formerly was the Ringo Theatre, until it was destroyed by a tornado on April 28, 2011.

Maybe Mike Rogers knows more about the RINGO THEATRE?

Well,it wasn’t a MARTIN or GEORGIA THEATRE in 1956,two of the larger Theatre circuits in the Peach state.I will have to search more on this North Georgia Location.

The building was destroyed by the tornado that went through the downtown a couple days ago.
