This is a circa 1935 ad for the Orpheum Theater.

According to the Fulton Leader: “Chisholm (Levi Chisholm) and his wife opened the Orpheum Theatre in 1911. It could seat 500 people and was considered the finest theatre in the state of Kentucky outside of Louisville. After his death, stories circulated that Chisholm still walked inside the theatre”.

David Bowers' “Encyclopedia of Automated Musical Instruments” p.551 lists a Reproduco organ installed at the Orpheum Theatre, Fulton, Kentucky. There is no date, but certainly before 1930.
