The Babinda Munro Picture Theatre was built in 1956 and in in 2006 it was demolished by cyclone Larry. 12 months on it was fully restored to depict the 1950’s-era and it features the canvas sling back seats of that period of time.
The Babinda Munro Picture Theatre is in a small village nestled under Mt. Bartle Frere in North Queensland Australia.
