The 13-screen Ster Century opened on 22nd March 2002. It is located in the centre of Leeds in a now much altered building which was once the headquarters of the Leeds Building Society. The building is now named ‘The Light’ and has a glass roofed atrium. The cinema is on the first floor, reach by escalators.
Seating capacities in the screens range from 328, down to 142. In May 2005, it was taken over by Vue Cinemas and re-branded.
