Building still standing now used for an office.
Building used as an office less than a year ago, and already it looks this bad? Yikes!
I’m thinking the 116 W 7th St address refers to the building right next door. Dumas Printing is at 117, and small building is directly across the street.
You can’t really tell using mapping, as usual google street numbers are way off. From the book “The Old Movie Theatres of Texas” it lists the address as 116 W. 7th. but the numbers could have changed over the years.
