The 7-screen MGM opened on 28th March 1991. It was sold to Virgin Cinemas in July 1995 and re-branded Virgin. In October 1999, UGC took control and it was re-branded UGC. It was re-branded Cineworld in November 2005.

Seating capacities in the screens range from 349, down to 144.
