One of Charlotte’s nine drive-ins. It operated from the late-1950’s through the 1980’s and held 250 cars. It was a porn theatre for many years.

The drive-in was destroyed in 1989 due to Hurricane Hugo.

I good friend took me to the lot the Fox was on;and this has been at least 10 years are longer. I took a viedo camera hoping to get something on film.Nothing but a Concession foundation and high weeds.
He took me to another closed Drive in in Charlotte and homeless people were living there so we drove on.
