In the summer of 2003, the closed down Sunset Theater was converted into an Auto Repair Shop.

Four and half years ago, the Higgins family heard that the old Sunset Theatre at 8110 White Settlement Road was for sale. It had the perfect space for expanding growth of their established auto repair business. The original ticket office and lobby would make a great waiting room for
customers, while vehicles could be serviced in the large staged auditorium in the back. Following reconstruction to the existing building, a move to the new location has proved to be successful. Source
