The Mission Theatre advertised irregularly in the Deseret News and was on the Sanborn Maps of 1911. After a remodeling by McDonald & Cooper architects it reopened as the renamed Broadway Theatre August 31, 1914. It closed March 18, 1923 and in 1935 another Broadway Theatre opened across the street.

A news clip noting a name change to the Broadway, an opening ad, and a Sanborn Map of 1911 showing the Mission is in photo section.
