Located on the sea-front, the An Lanntair Arts Centre opened on 1st October 2005. It was designed by Nicholl Russell Studios, and was part-funded by a Scottish Arts Council National Lottery Award.

Generally, films are screened on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
