Built in what was formerly a Chevrolet dealers building. The building was given a face lift and build up so that a balcony could be added in 1938. The balcony was for African American patrons. When the Cook Theatre opened in 1947 the Ritz Theatre went to week-ends only and finally closed in 1956.

The address should be 329 East Washington Street. Located in this building is Choice Collectibles which is listed as an Antique Dealer.
