The Cook Theater was built in 1947 and closed in the mid-1980’s.

This site states that the Cook Theater was built around the corner from the Ritz Theater. Unfortunately it doesn’t specify which corner.

Status should be changed to Demolished. The Cook was located roughly at about 328 N. Lucas Street. It was torn down for the back entrance to the post office. What a shame.
