The Harlem Theatre was located at 725 Main Street in the edge of downtown Biloxi, MS. It opened in 1942 and was a Negro theatre, operating as such until at least 1955.

It sat closed and boarded up for years and eventually was demolished.

Henry Meyers actually opened the 525 seat Harlem Theatre on July 5, 1941.
