The Yoho Theatre opened in July of 1950. The name was changed to the Golden Cinema around 1991.

This is a 1986 photo of the Yoho Theater.

Renovated and refurbished in 1991 when the name changed to the Golden Cinema, the theatre is now owned by Stuart & Trish Angus.
