This site has a postcard showing the Jeffers Theater.
A Kimball organ size 2/8 was installed in the Strand Theater in 1915.
This information comes from The Moving Picture World July 1915:
Col. W. S. Butterfleld was at Saginaw recently to take a lease on the new Franklin Theater to be used as a vaudeville house. While there, he approved plans for overhauling his photoplay properties. The Jeffers will get a new front and also a new name, the Strand. The new decorations will be in white and black enamel, with lattice work effects, following the general style of the Bismarck Gardens in Chicago.
Here’s a link to a poster for the Strand when it was still The Jeffers in 1911: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:1911jeffers.jpg
