The Chatmas Theater was operating prior to 1941. It was closed and derelict by the early-1980’s. It later burned to the ground. A park is on the former theater’s location now.

Judging from the building next door, it was around 150 W. 4th St.

Google can have funny links, but it’s next door to Wilson Drug. The Chatmas site is now Guy Chandler Park.
