The Colonial Theater opened around 1910. In 1928 the name was changed to the New Colonial Theater. The New Colonial Theater closed in May of 1930.

The building was demolished and the Granada Theater was built at this location.

A Wurlitzer organ opus 1863 was installed in the Colonial Theater in 1928. Status: Parts-some or all of the organ has been dispersed.
