The Park Theatre opened in 1940 with seating listed at 402. Mr. David Williston was the owner of the Park Theatre. The theatre was located on Martindale but the street name changed to Dr. Andrew J. Brown Avenue.
The theatre closed in 1964. After serving as a church for a number of years it was later demolished. Now a vacant lot.
