Located in the southeast London district of Plumstead, on Maxey Road, just off Plumstead High Street, between Woolwich Arsenal and Plumstead Railway Stations. The Windsor Castle Hall was possibly a hall attached to a public house named the Windsor Castle. It was operating as a cinema from 1909 until at least 1915.

Today, the area has been redeveloped for housing.
