The Pem Theatre opened prior to 1940 with seating listed at 320. I could not find an exact opening date nor who operated the theatre.

The theatre closed in 1955 along with its sister theatre down the street. It is now the offices of Edward Jones.
Any further information on the Pem Theatre would be appreciated.
