The Harlem Theatre was operating from at least 1937 to 1955 as a negro theatre.

The site is currently part of the Tropicana Field parking lot.

This African American Theatre was operated by Florida State Theatres and was still in operation in the early-1960’s.

I think it was open till 1981.

A Palace Theatre opened up at 1019 3rd Avenue South in either 1925 or 1926. I’m not sure if the Palace later became the Roxy or if there really were two separate theaters located next to each other. You know how some of these old addresses can be…
