The Palace Theatre was open by the early-1930’s. Seating was listed at 300. This was one of two theatres in Mexia listed as owned by Dent Theatres, later by Texas Consolidated, Interstate Theatres and Inde Booking Services.
The Palace Theatre closed in the mid-1950’s. The building is still standing. Any further information on this theatre would be appreciated.
