Harmonie Kino

The Harmonie Kino is an art house cinema in the south of the centre of Frankfurt. It opened in 1920 as the Harmonie-Lichtspiele with 199 seats. When it was euipped for sound in February 1933 it was re-named Harmonie Tonfilm-Buhne. On 1st April 1977 it was re-named Pam Kino and began operating as an adult porn cinema.

In April 1988, it became the Harmonie Kino and a second screen seating 90 was added. It was taken over by Ufa in 1990. Seating capacities in the screens are 210 and 90.

The Harmonie is under the same management as the city centre based Cinema.
