An early movie theater which may have begun as as nickelodeon, on Colden Street near Clinton Square in Newburgh as early as 1910. Probably was closed prior to 1920.

It might be diffuclt to do, but it would be great if someone could come up with a better address. If you go to the Map, the current address gives you 43 different locations?
