The Magnet Theatre was open in 1930 with seating listed at 925 seats. It was owned by Sharby Theatres. The Magnet Theatre was in operation until sometime in the mid-1950’s. It has since been demolished. Any further information on the Magnet Theatre would be appreciated.

The Magnet in Claremont is listed in the 1942-43 Motion Picture Almanac as part of Sharby Theatres, Fred Sharby, of Keene NH. Sharby also ran at that time the Tremont Theatre in Claremont.
