The Fraser Theatre was open in 1920 and was operated by Odeon Theatres. The theatre was twinned in 1980 with seating listed at 724 after the twinning. The Fraser Theatre closed in 1989.

Status should read demolished. The Fraser was later torn down to make way for a bank, as the building seen beside the bank in the current Google street view is the same building seen beside the Fraser in the linked photo.
