The early-1990’s marked a welcome addition to Newark’s Peoples Plaza as a high-tech 17-screen Regal Cinema was built. It has since become a popular attraction for local moviegoers, rivaling two other theaters in northern Delaware – Regal Brandywine Town Center 16 and Cinemark Movies 10, both located in Wilmington.
