The Coquitlam 4 opened in 1983 as a fourplex and was expanded to 6 screens in 1998. It was renamed the Pinetree 6 in 1999, the theatre closed in 2004. Cineplex Odeon operated this 1,603 seat theatre. The largest auditorium seated 435 and the smallest seated 200. The theatre since closing has been demolished.
