The Princess Theatre opened around 1945 at the corner of 3rd Avenue and Vancouver Street in downtown Prince George. In later years, Odeon Theatres ran the Princess Theratre, which closed on January 16, 1977 and was demolished to make way for the three-screen Odeon Theatre on the same site.
