Formerly the Isleta Theatre operated by Marshall Brothers. All States Theatres renovated and renamed it Esquire Theatre, later acquired by Flach and Pierce of El Paso.

In 1959 it was acquired by Rudy Napoleone as a Spanish language theatre, and also featured live performances by Mexican film stars.

Closed in 1962, it was converted into grocery store. It has been demolished and is now a county park
