Opened as the Amuzu Theatre around 1917-1918. It was renamed Grand Theatre as early as 1940, with seating listed at 575. The theatre was just off E. Atlanta on Head Avenue. The Grand Theatre was operated by Lam Amusements Co. and was still open in 1957. The building is still standing used for retail.
