Located in Fort William, Inverness-shire in the Scottish Highlands. Originally on this site was the Town Hall which was built in 1892, which was used as a cinema from 1913 until 1926. The building was destroyed by fire in 1975.

The Studio Cinemas was a twin-screen cinema built on the empty site in 1986. Seating was provided for 76 & 128. It was closed in 2006.

The cinema closed in 2006. Evidence shows that the building has been in use as a flooring shop, but the foyer is in pretty much the same state as it was when I last photographed it in 2013 complete with fire extinguisher on the counter, see new photo.
