Located in the Winterhude district in the north of Hamburg. The Jalousie Lichtspiele was opened on 1st May 1953. Externally it was a plain brick building. Inside the foyer there was a large montage painting of famous film stars. Seating in the auditorium was all on a single floor. It was one of the first cinemas in the area to be equipped with CinemaScope. The cinema was still operating in 1957.
By 2008 it was in use as a bar named Terminal 4.
