There are no buildings facing Church St. on this block, so this theater must be history. The only building on the block is an old mill and a there is also a parking lot.
The address for this theater is correct. I found the following on the Victor Theater in Anderson, SC.
Victor Theater aka Ideal Pawn Shop. Built in 1922, it only operated as a theater until 1929. From 1929-1976 it housed various furniture companies. 1976-1981 it was the Ideal Pawn Shop. From 1981 to present it is listed as vacant. It was a brick building with wooden floors. Building size was 55 ft wide by 104 ft long. Currently listed as abandoned-does not meet current building codes. This building might have been demolished by now since the records I found have no date.
