The Princess Theatre is listed as (Closed) in the Film Daily Year Book’s of 1936, 1941, 1942 & 1943. It had reopened as the Prince Theatre by 1947, and was still open in 1957.

A gentleman who used to work at the now closed Oak-N-Tokens antique store in town restoring old victrolas for resale used to maintain the sound and projection equipment there. The building ended up burning to the ground, the remains were demolished and it’s now a paved, vacant lot.
