The Eaton Theater (that is what I assume the name was) sits on the main drag of a VERY small Colorado farm town. The theater closed sometime in the 50s and has been used as someone’s home. I peeked through the window and the theater looks pretty much unchanged, (except the screen and seats are gone). I have spoken with a Ms. Texie Barbor of Eaton (now 92) who was the theater’s pianist when they played silent films.
