Designed by Christian W. Brandt in 1929, the Times Square Theater, near downtown Detroit, sat around 1,000. It was closed in 1958 and has since been razed.

The Times Square opened in 1929. It was owned by Co-Op Theatres of Michigan thru 1945, Border Theatres thru 1950, Korman Theatres thru 1955 and finally Mutual Theatres until it closed in 1958.
