The Bio was situated in the small town of Piketberg about 132km north of Cape Town. Seating was provided in a stalls and gallery configuration. During the 1970’s it ran performances on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The cinema has since closed and the partially renovated building houses commercial interests.
