The Lake Drive-In opened in 1960. Car capacity was 300 cars. The drive-in was owned by Holiday Amusements and closed in 1974.

13242 S. High Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio would be the approximate address for this DI. Still visible in an overhead Google Maps view and it is visible in the 1959 Historic Aerial.

A more accurate address for this theater is 13251 US-68, Mt Orab, OH 45154. This points to the entrance road.
